Why should you contribute? It’s Your Philharmonic!

Music is a gift and the orchestra’s capacity to present valued programs relies on the support of our community partners. Ticket sales only provide 25% of the cost to operate your Sacramento Philharmonic professional and teaching orchestra. We can all take pride in our fine philharmonic orchestra, yet good wishes and praise alone cannot sustain the artistic and community programs you cherish. 

When you donate to the Sacramento Philharmonic, your gift plays an important role in bringing music to our community. From the great local and international artists and composers in our concert halls, to sixteen neighborhood schools in three school districts, as well as performing for hospital patients and the disenfranchised in homeless shelters, the Sacramento Philharmonic fills lives with music.
